How does it work?

1. Prime the Chalk Marker
Press the tip of the pen down a few times to get the chalk paint to flow down to the tip before you start. Your pen and tracing board is now ready to use.

2. Trace on the Smooth Side
Follow the letters with the chalk marker. We recommend spending a little time showing your little one how to do it before they start.

3. Wipe it clean
Use a damp, microfibre cloth to wipe it clean when they're finished.

4. Go Again!
Your tracing board can be used over and over. Endless practice, endless fun!

Our Little Learner Bundle is suitable for children aged 3+ and is designed to grow with them. How do you clean the tracing boards?
Cleaning the boards is so easy. Simply wipe clean after use using a damp microfibre cloth, so they're ready to use again straight away.
Which font should I choose?
Simply choose the state your child will be attending school in from the dropdown menu and we'll make your board in your state's recommended school font.
If you're unsure which state option is right for your child, you can always check with the school you're planning to send them to. And if you prefer to choose a font that's not your state's school font, that's totally fine too!
Why don’t your tracing boards have directional arrows?
Arrows make sense in a classroom, where one teacher can’t sit beside 30 kids at once. At home, you can do something even better: sit with them for a few minutes and show them.
Those few minutes together are part of the magic. Your child gets your full attention, and you get to see their face light up when they get it.
That’s why our boards are simple on purpose. Too much on the page can overwhelm little learners and take the fun out of having a go.
Show them where to start and which way to go. As their confidence grows, step back and let them practise on their own.
It’s not about perfect handwriting. It’s about practice, confidence and enjoying learning.
