Our number one priority here at Bandicute is your happiness.

If you have a problem with your order, we will solve it. Refund it, send you a new item. Whatever it takes!

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. We offer a 14 Day Money-Back Guarantee on your order if our products do not meet your expectations. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Bandicute may verify the validity of your claim. Bandicute shall be entitled to reject any claim if we deem there is an abuse of the offer or an intent to jeopardise the fair operation of the offer.

The consumer must also have taken reasonable care of the goods, and not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

By participating in the offer, you accept these terms and conditions.

In the case where your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you must email us detailed photographs to hello@bandicute.com.au before a full refund will be processed.

Exchanges on Clothing

Exchanges are accepted on children's clothing for change of size (excluding pre-order items - please read size charts carefully and size up if unsure). Items must be returned in their original, unworn state and returned within 14 days of being received. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@bandicute.com.au to advise us that you would like to exchange your item. Return postage to Bandicute is at the cost of the buyer.

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom made or pre-order items, personalised items, or sale items.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products outside of the 14 day window.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
