This is possible because our platform tracks your email address, even if you shopped as a guest, and attaches points to it—no official account needed!We’re unable to award Bandi Bucks for purchases made before this date as this is the date we officially registered the program.

To ensure you receive all your rewards, please use the same email address as you did for previous purchases.

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into the rewards panel on the our website.

Once logged in, you'll need to open the rewards panel which is the floating dark grey gift icon that says "Bonuses" in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Next, click on Ways to redeem. If you have enough points for one of the rewards, there will be a Redeem button.

To redeem points, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point you would like to spend, then click Redeem.

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
